Who we are

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, stage or display name, subscription status, support messages and settings you choose to sync. When you connect Twitch or Kick, we store the connection information and permissions needed to provide the feature. Stripe processes payment details; ORYVO receives billing identifiers and subscription status rather than your full card number.

Overlay designs, uploaded logos and background images, saved shows, setlists and preferences may be stored in your account. Public or private browser-source links can expose the display content attached to that source to anyone who has the link.

Local DJ and music data

Audio files and local file paths are designed to stay on your computer. The desktop app may read local DJ-library metadata, filenames, BPM, key, genre and currently playing information to provide library tools and recommendations. ORYVO only sends display data to the cloud when you choose to sync it or update an online overlay.

Private performer notes and shortcut assignments are stored locally on the device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Desktop link imports

Desktop versions with link importing contact the source platform and its media servers from your computer to retrieve the requested audio and track title. Those services receive your IP address and request information and handle them under their own policies, potentially outside Australia. ORYVO does not send these links or downloaded audio to its cloud account service. The importer does not read your browser cookies or sign-in credentials.

Downloads and conversion run locally. Temporary input is removed after completion, failure or cancellation during normal operation; an app crash or cleanup error may leave temporary files in your selected destination. Converted copies stay in the destination you choose until you remove them. Import status and titles are held in memory during the app session. If you later sync track display information to an overlay, the other cloud and public-output provisions apply. Source availability and restrictions can prevent an import.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, operate and secure the service, sync your work, provide subscriptions, connect supported services, respond to support, diagnose faults, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments and integrations, including Base44 and Stripe, and the providers you connect such as Twitch, Kick, Euler Stream (ORYVO Connect), TikFinity or tik.tools. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms and security arrangements.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. We use access controls and scoped links, but no online service is completely secure. Keep browser-source links and account credentials private.

Your choices and rights

You can update profile settings in ORYVO, disconnect supported services, revoke browser sources and cancel a subscription through the membership portal. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, email us from the address linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.

Marketing and complaints

Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and will include a practical way to unsubscribe. For a privacy complaint, email us with enough detail to investigate. We will respond within a reasonable period. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
